Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga

Our combined prenatal and postpartum yoga classes offer a supportive journey through pregnancy and early parenthood. During pregnancy, you'll build strength and alleviate discomfort through yoga asanas, focusing on alignment, breathwork, and connecting with your core and pelvic floor. Postnatally, the classes transition to a gentler pace, helping you reconnect with your body and emotions while addressing the physical demands of caring for a new baby. Each session integrates breathwork and meditation to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and foster a sense of community. Whether preparing for birth or adjusting to life with your little one, our classes provide a nurturing space for you and your growing family.

**If you are postpartum, please check in with your medical provider at your 6-week postpartum check-up before attending class.**

Old Things. New Stories.

Old Things. New Stories.
A Drop • Swap • Shop Community Event

Spring is on the horizon, and with it comes the urge to clear closets, make space, and pass things along with love. 💛 Old Things. New Stories. is a community-powered closet refresh where gently used—and even never-worn—items get a beautiful second chapter.

Many of us have bins full of kids’ clothes that were barely worn, toys that were well-loved but outgrown, maternity pieces that served their purpose, and postpartum items that never made it out of the package. This event is your chance to give those items a new home—and find something new for your own family, too.

What to Donate (Drop off throughout February):
New or lightly used children’s clothes and shoes (newborn–6T), children’s toys, board books (hard pages), lightly worn maternity clothing, and unused postpartum goods.
Please note: We are not accepting teen or adult (non-maternity) clothing or shoes, or household and kitchen items. Any items not selected will be donated.

Shop Day:
Friday, 2/28 — Browse and “shop” the collection for free or low-cost, new-to-you finds. A $5 entry fee includes a large bag to fill with goods, plus local coupons and special freebies from small, local businesses.

This event is about more than stuff—it’s about community, sustainability, and the stories woven into the things we pass along. That dress that never got worn becomes someone else’s favorite outfit. Those barely used shoes? A new adventure waiting to happen.

♻️ Why we love it:

  • Promotes reuse, recycling, and upcycling

  • Supports families and growing kiddos

  • Keeps beautiful items out of landfills

  • Builds connection through shared generosity

Come contribute, come browse, or do both. Let’s turn old things into new stories—together. 💕
